Spring Sports Physicals

Spring Sport physicals will be Sunday, March 7th from 3--5pm in the nurses office at St. Pius X HS.  Physicals are $20.

All student athletes must have a sports physical before the start of the spring sports season on March 8th.  Students who played a fall or winter sport and received a physical do not need another physical but DO need to fill out the emergency information sheet and re-cert parent sheet.  If the student athlete was injured in their fall or winter sport they need to fill out those two forms plus a physician re-cert form.  All Forms can be found on the St. Pius school website under the FORMS tab, PIAA SPORTS PHYSICAL FORM or outside the Athletics Director's office.
